Madison Shealy is a seasoned recruiter currently working at Find Great People (FGP) since June 2023. Prior to this role, Madison held the position of National Recruiter at Aerotek from August 2021 to June 2023. Madison also has experience in sales and customer service, having worked as a Sales Representative at Skatells Manufacturing Jewelers and Fab'rik Boutique, as well as a Sales and Event Planning Coordinator at Solara Investments. Earlier in Madison's career, a Communications Specialist role was held with the Clemson University Baseball Team. Madison earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University between 2016 and 2020, following graduation from Lexington High School in 2016.
