Michael P. is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in international tax services. Currently serving as a Partner at FGMK, LLC since January 2019, Michael previously held the position of Director at PwC and Senior Manager at EY, where expertise in managing global tax matters, including cross-border transactions and transfer pricing, was demonstrated. Michael's career also includes a role as Director of Global Tax at Key Safety Systems, focusing on minimizing effective tax rates and overseeing tax provisions, as well as serving as an International Tax Manager at Plante Moran. Michael holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Oakland University.
