Tom Sharman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and operations within the security and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Manager (South) at FGH Security since June 2016, Tom oversees £8 million worth of customer accounts while focusing on quality, cost optimization, and profitability. Previously, as Operations Manager, Tom coordinated security efforts for events serving over 2 million customers and improved operational efficiency through process streamlining and performance evaluations. Tom's foundational experience includes managing a high-volume bar at Lancaster University from 2008 to 2016, with a strong emphasis on customer service and staff management. Tom holds a CMI Level 5 in Leadership and Management and additional qualifications in training and education, complemented by academic degrees in Criminology and Law from Lancaster University.
