Brian "Ziggy" Zagaros possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications and customer service sectors. Currently serving as a Network Field Technician at Fiberutilities Group since April 2021, Brian manages the Iowa Communications Network's fiber infrastructure and troubleshooting. Previous roles include Customer Service Technician at Windstream, where responsibilities included installing and repairing copper circuits and fiber drops, and Engineer Fielder Supervisor at Tesinc, LLC. Prior experience also encompasses various management and technical positions at CenturyLink, SBC/AT&T, and AT&T, focusing on outside plant supervision and customer service. Brian's foundation includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and instructional experience as a summer college instructor. Additional early career roles include lifeguarding and recreational leadership.
