Gustavo Simas is an experienced civil engineer and operations manager, currently serving as Gerente de Operações at FG Empreendimentos since February 2013, overseeing key departments including Production, Quality, Research Development and Innovation, Technical Assistance, and Logistics. Previous experience includes roles as a civil engineer at Nacional Fundações, where Gustavo was involved in significant foundation projects such as the Petrobras Fluid Laboratory and the expansion of Arena da Baixada, and as an intern at the Prefeitura Municipal de Blumenau, focusing on education-related engineering projects. Gustavo holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Construction Management from IPOG and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from FURB, complemented by an exchange program in Civil Engineering at the University of Porto.
