Mark Conner has extensive experience in the automotive industry, starting in 1991 as a Lead Assistant Service Manager at Kuni Cadillac and BMW. Mark then worked at Lithia Dodge as an Operations/General Manager and Service Director, where they achieved high levels of gross profit per unit and earned Chrysler's Five Star designation.
In 2004, they joined Lithia Motors, Inc. as the Assistant Vice President of Service Operations and later became the Assistant Vice President of Marketing in 2010. In these roles, they provided strategic leadership and managed large teams, driving revenue and profit growth for the company's service departments and retail stores.
From 2017 to 2022, Mark Conner worked at LotLinx, Inc. as the Chief Retail Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President Channel Strategy, contributing to the company's success in the automotive industry.
Most recently, starting in 2022, they have taken on the role of Chief Marketing Officer at FFUN Motor Group and FFUN Group.
Mark Conner's education history includes attending Cornell University from 2014 onwards, where they studied Marketing/Marketing Management, General. Prior to that, they enrolled in Clackamas Community College, where they focused on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Additionally, they attended the NADA Fixed Operations Dealer School, specializing in Fixed Ops Accounting. Mark has also obtained a certification in Cornell University's Marketing Strategy for Business Leaders program.
