Lauren Chiafullo has extensive work experience in the legal field. From 2001 to 2003, they worked as a Paralegal at Budd Larner. In 2003, they joined Shearman & Sterling LLP as a Case Manager for a brief period of four months. Later in 2003, they joined Gibbons P.C. as a Managing Clerk and Paralegal Supervisor, where they worked until 2008. Since 2008, they have been the Executive Director at FFLGuard, where they are responsible for the day-to-day administration of the program and nationwide logistical operations. Lauren also develops internal policies and procedures, interacts with clients to ensure satisfaction, and measures staff performance standards and goals.

Lauren Chiafullo pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy, Politics & Law from Binghamton University. Lauren attended the university from 1997 to 2001.
