Syed Ahmer Salman Ali has over two decades of experience in IT and service management, currently serving as an IT Service Management Expert at Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited since November 2000, where roles have also included IT Infrastructure Lead. Simultaneously, since January 2016, Syed has been a Certified Instructor at Business Beam, providing training on various best practices such as ITIL, ISO-27001, and COBIT 2019. Prior to these roles, Syed served as Incharge System Support at Premier Aviation Services and as a Territory Engineer at International Office Products, specializing in network and system support. Syed holds a Master's Degree in Network & Telecommunication from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University and two Master's Degrees and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Shah Abdul Latif University.
