Robson Villa da Silva is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in product development and project management within the automotive industry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at FEV Europe GmbH since January 2020, Robson manages multiple BEV projects for OEMs and start-ups across North America, Europe, and Asia. Previously, Robson was the Director of Chassis, CH Controls, and Vehicle Dynamics at Sono Motors GmbH, overseeing B Class BEV project scopes and offering technical guidance on OEM best practices. Prior roles include Engineering Team Management at Bertrandt Group, where Robson managed key accounts for BMW and Ford, and Product Development Executive at Ford Motor Company, focusing on quality management and design release for braking systems. Earlier experience includes positions at General Motors and Mercedes-Benz as a Senior Engineer, where Robson led design teams for chassis and suspension systems. Robson holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from IMT Maua and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Ford.
