Stephen Gross

Engineering/Quality Director at FEUER powertrain North America, Inc.

Stephen Gross has extensive work experience in quality management and process improvement. Stephen started their career in 1990 as a Plant Quality Manager at TI Automotive and later became the Corporate Quality Systems Manager, coordinating the implementation of QS 9000 in multiple facilities. Stephen then served as the Group Quality Manager, overseeing the Quality Assurance functions for eleven manufacturing sites. During their tenure, they achieved continuous reductions in customer complaints and rejection rates.

From 2004 to 2006, Stephen worked as the Director of Quality-Mexico Operations at TI Automotive, where they developed and managed the Quality Assurance functions for multiple plants. Stephen successfully transferred product operations from the U.S. to Mexico.

As the Corporate Quality Manager at Superior Industries, Stephen managed all aspects of Quality assurance for manufacturing plants across three continents. Stephen led a team of quality managers and engineers and played a key role in the joint venture with Otto-Fuchs in Hungary.
