Director Of Driver Operations at Fetch

Grant Rogers has held various roles throughout their career. Grant began their work experience in 2012 as a Referee at St. Joan of Arc, where they worked until 2014. From 2013 to 2016, they served as a Shipping Clerk at Trophy Partners. In 2017, they worked as a Finance and Accounting Intern at Pioneer Pump, Inc. During the same year, they also worked as a Fitness Attendant at the University of Oregon Student Recreation Center. In 2018, they joined CallidusCloud as a Sales Desk Analyst. In 2019, they returned to the University of Oregon, where they worked as an Operations Specialist, Event Supervisor, and Operations Manager until 2020. Grant's most recent work experience includes positions at Fetch, where they first worked as an Operations Associate from June to September 2020. Grant then served as an Operations Supervisor from September 2020 to April 2021. Following that, they worked as a Recruiting Coordinator from April to September 2021, and as an HR Project Analyst from September 2021 to February 2022. Currently, they hold the position of a Driver Operations Manager at Fetch starting from January 2022.

Grant Rogers earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Oregon - Charles H. Lundquist College of Business, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Advertising & Brand Responsibility from the University of Oregon School of Journalism and Communication, studying between 2019 and 2020.
