Guy Freedman has had a diverse range of work experience in data analysis and research. Guy started their career as a Data Analyst in Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200 from 2003 to 2008. Guy then worked as a Data Analyst in the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel from 2009 to 2014. After that, they served as the Managing Director of IDC Center for Statistical Consulting at IDC Herzliya from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they became a Graduate Research Fellow at Policy Agendas Project while pursuing their PHD at The University of Texas at Austin - College of Liberal Arts from 2018 to 2022. In 2020, they joined Riskified as a Research Analyst in the Model Training Team and later transitioned to the role of Data Scientist from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Guy Freedman works at Fetcherr as a Data Scientist Engineer starting from 2023.

Guy Freedman completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Reichman University in 2014. Guy then pursued a Master's degree in Political Science from the same institution, which they completed in 2016. In 2018, Guy began their doctoral studies at The University of Texas at Austin - College of Liberal Arts and obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Political Science and Government in 2022.
