Stephanie Ledesma has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Stephanie is currently working at Fetch Rewards as a Quality Assurance Analyst, where they ensure the app's quality requirements are met and tracks trends to communicate to the engineer team. Stephanie also previously worked as a Customer Support Specialist at Fetch Rewards, where they assisted users with app questions and troubleshooting, monitored user experience, fixed bad experiences, and retained users.
