Noel R. Castro Jr. began their work experience as a Help Desk Technician at UIC College of Pharmacy in August 2016, where they served until January 2018. Noel R. then joined Ascend Technologies in December 2020 as an Information Technology Operations Analyst, a position they held until June 2021. In June 2021, they also worked as an Intern, specializing in Site Reliability Engineering at Fetch. Currently, they are employed as a Site Reliability Engineer at Fetch, starting in August 2021.

Noel R. Castro Jr. attended Whitney M. Young Magnet High School from 2011 to 2015 and obtained a High School Diploma. Noel R. then went on to study at the University of Illinois Chicago from 2015 to 2019, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Noel obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in March 2021.
