Lauren McNiff began their work experience as a Lifestyle Sampler at Power Crunch in April 2018, where they worked until January 2019. In January 2019, they worked as a Digital Marketing Education Intern at ORANGE HOME GROWN until May 2019. From September 2019 to December 2019, they were an Influencer Coordinator Intern at Status Marketing Agency, LLC. In January 2020, they worked as a Social Media Intern at Fabletics until May 2020. From June 2021 to January 2022, they held the role of Influencer Relations and Social Media Manager at SNURK. In March 2022, they joined Fetch as a Social Media and Content Associate, where they are currently working.

Lauren McNiff has a strong educational background in communication and health-related fields. Lauren obtained their Master of Science degree in Health and Strategic Communication from Chapman University between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Strategic and Corporate Communication, with a minor in Sociology, from the same institution, spanning from 2016 to 2020. Lauren also attended Carlsbad High School from 2014 to 2016, where they acquired a general education.
