Bridget Schroeder has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Bridget began their career at Famous Footwear as a Programmer in 2000 and later transitioned to the role of Business System Specialist, where they provided support to business teams and implemented software enhancements. In 2008, they joined Shopbop | East Dane as a Program Manager, where they partnered with various business areas to gather requirements for software enhancements and managed software development projects. Bridget also served as a Technical Program Manager, managing cross-functional technical projects in an agile environment. In 2014, Bridget joined CDW as a Program Manager, leading the implementation of software development projects and advocating for agile practices. Bridget also successfully managed the completion of SOC1, SOC2, and ISO 27001 audits. Since 2015, Bridget has been working at Fetch Rewards, Inc. as the VP of Technical Operations. In this role, they support software engineers, removes obstacles, provides coaching and career growth opportunities, carries the technical vision forward, and ensures a balanced and enjoyable work environment.

Bridget Schroeder obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems from Edgewood College, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Furthermore, they have obtained additional certifications including the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum.org in June 2012 and the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in April 2010.
