Andrew McCaughan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in development and real estate, currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at Shake Shack since June 2010, where previous roles included Vice President of Development and Director of Real Estate. In addition to this, Andrew co-owns Festive & Co, which operates Feste and Champers Social Club in SoHo, alongside CEO Brenna Gilbert. Prior experience includes working as the Assistant to Chef Rick Bayless at Frontera Grill from November 2007 to May 2010. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Vassar College, obtained in 2007.
