Eli Hoch is an experienced professional in the meat and seafood industry, currently serving as Meat and Seafood Manager at Festival Foods Minnesota since February 2022, and previously holding the position of Meat Manager at Festival Foods White Bear Lake since October 2018. Eli began with Festival Foods as a Meat Cutter in June 2018. Prior experience includes over 23 years at Lunds & Byerlys, where Eli held various roles, including Meat & Seafood Manager and Journeyman Meat Cutter. Eli also operated a business as a licensed FFL dealer selling firearms and accessories from May 2012 to May 2017. Educationally, Eli holds an Associate's degree in Retail Meat & Seafood Management from Dakota County Technical College, completed between 1992 and 1993.
