Padraig Cullen has held a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2009, they began their career as an Engineering Intern at Driscoll Construction Co Inc. In 2012, they joined the United States Marine Corps, where they held the roles of Assistant Operations Officer, Reconnaissance Platoon Commander, and Infantry Platoon Commander. In 2020, they began working as Information Technology Manager at B.P. Cullen Construction and as an MBA Candidate at The University of Texas at Austin - Red McCombs School of Business. In 2021, they added an MBA Development Intern role at Fervo Energy, and in 2022, they were promoted to Development Manager at Fervo Energy.

Padraig Cullen attended Drexel University from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Padraig then went on to attend the Texas McCombs School of Business from 2020 to 2022, where they earned a Master of Business Administration.
