Sandy Krasman is a highly experienced Human Resources Consultant and Recruiter with a strong background in full cycle recruitment and human resources across various industries, including oil and gas. Since October 2014, Sandy has been employed at Ferus, initially as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and currently as a Human Resources Consultant/Recruiter. In addition to extensive recruitment experience, Sandy specializes in relationship building, employee relations, and program development. As an Independent Contract Recruiter and HR Specialist since May 2016, Sandy offers services such as resume review, interview preparation, and strategic recruitment. Prior roles include Senior Recruiter/Account Management at Edge Enterprises, where significant experience was gained in managing contractor relationships and recruitment for major energy clients.
