Valeria Rizzo has worked for the Gruppo Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane since 2017. Valeria started as a Group Training & Learning Specialist and eventually became the Head of Training & Learning. Prior to that, Valeria worked for KPMG as a Manager, where they supported privatization processes and projects in change management and training planning. Valeria also worked as an intern at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Italia S.p.A. in 2008.

Valeria Rizzo attended GEMA - Business School in 2018, where they completed the Strategic Talent & Leadership Programme as part of the London Executive Programme. Prior to that, they attended Università Luiss Guido Carli from 2007 to 2008, earning a Laurea Magistrale in Economia e Direzione delle Imprese in the field of Business Administration and Management, General. Valeria Rizzo also holds additional certifications, including Assessor Certificato and Test User: OPQ, MQ, Verify, obtained in 2019. Valeria also has a certification in KPMG Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, but the institution and date of completion are unspecified.
