Cesar Kodama, PMP, currently serves as the Head of Technology Americas at Ferrovial, overseeing Technology Operations to align with business objectives and facilitate integration between global and local teams. With extensive experience in IT governance and project management, Cesar has previously held roles at Ferrovial Services North America, where responsibilities included managing vendor relationships, IT processes, and the successful implementation of global projects. Prior to that, Cesar gained significant expertise at HP, where leadership as Global PMO Lead and Global Program Manager contributed to enhancing project delivery and resource allocation processes. Early career experience includes project coordination for EDI solutions and consultancy work focused on electronic data interchange implementation. Educational credentials include a BS in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo and a post-graduate degree in e-Business from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
