Mauro Locatelli

Device Test Development Engineer at Ferroelectric Memory Company

Mauro Locatelli has worked in the engineering field since 2019. In 2019, they were a Master's Candidate at imec. In 2020, they began working for the Ferroelectric Memory Company, where they held three roles. As a Device Engineer Stack Development, they were responsible for ferroelectric stack development and optimization, developing measurement routines, measuring new hardware, automizing analysis, and creating reports with comparisons and interpretations for meetings with partners. As a Test Engineer, they were in charge of FeCAPs testing, creating complex routines to automatize different measurements in one run, including endurance, data retention and leakage, and writing code to automatize data plotting. As a Junior Test Engineer, they learned Python coding, set up automated measurements on a fully automatic probe station mainly using the NI PXI, and measured FeCAPs and FeFETs.

Mauro Locatelli completed their High School Diploma from ITIS Marconi Dalmine in 2013. Mauro then went on to pursue their Bachelor of Engineering - BE degree in Ingegneria Elettronica from Politecnico di Milano, which they completed in 2016. In 2017 and 2018, they participated in an Erasmus program at Technische Universität Dresden, where they studied Nanoelectronics Systems Engineering. Following this, they obtained their Master of Science - MS degree in Electronics Engineering from Politecnico di Milano in 2019.
