Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Since August 2020, Mariana has been the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store dedicated to organic body care and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also served as a Compliance Assistant at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and from November 2017 to November 2019, managed Barbería El Galgo Negro. Mariana's experience includes working as a nutritionist in a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and teaching courses in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
