Ron Olaya is a seasoned Senior Project Manager currently overseeing Ferring Pharmaceuticals' US Commercial initiatives with a focus on data integration migrations. Previously, at ADP, Ron managed an Agile team creating HR integration solutions and served as a Product Owner directing a global engineering team in data protection projects. At KPMG, Ron successfully led the consolidation of a Data & Analytics platform and implemented cloud solutions. Early career experience includes technical roles at Sanyo Fisher, where Ron provided onsite support and managed training and inventory for field service operations.
