Uwe Gruenewald is an experienced senior manager in design and development at Ferrero since December 1996, leading the international toy design team and specializing in the design and development of Kinder Surprise toys. Uwe collaborates with renowned international licensing partners and animation studios such as Disney and Pixar, overseeing product development and implementation across various regions. Prior experience includes working as a product designer at Grundig AG, focusing on audio and television design, and roles at Quadra Design and Wolf Design GmbH. Uwe holds a degree in product design from FH Darmstadt.
