Major Koshal Nasare has extensive experience in administration and security management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Plant Administration at Ferrero since July 2016, Major Nasare oversees the implementation of company policies and manages operations activities. Prior to this, Major Nasare held the position of AGM at Jaypee Group, where responsibilities included managing general administration and facilities for the plant and township. Experience also includes a managerial role in security at Syndicate Bank, ensuring the safety of bank branches and overseeing security staff. Major Nasare holds a Master’s degree in Veterinary Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Sciences, along with a solid educational foundation in general science and primary education. Career beginnings include service as a Major in the Indian Army and roles in the private sector as an Area Manager and Veterinary Officer.
