Aarti Bathija is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in internal and corporate communications. Currently serving as the Head of Internal Communications for Ferrero in the UK and Ireland since July 2021, Aarti previously held various roles at Three UK from July 2012 to June 2021, including Corporate Communications Manager and Senior Internal Communications Manager, where efforts focused on integrated communication campaigns and engagement strategies. Aarti's earlier experience includes serving as Corporate Relations Manager at Diageo India, contributing to the reputation of iconic brands, and as Associate Account Manager at Perfect Relations, handling a diverse client portfolio. Aarti holds a Master's degree in Commerce with a focus on Marketing and Human Resources, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, both from H. R. College of Commerce & Economics, University of Mumbai.
