Megan Sharp has extensive work experience in operations support, management, logistics engineering, and supervision. Megan worked at Ferrellgas from 2006 to present, where they held roles as Vice President Operations Support, General Manager, and Logistics Engineer/Supervisor. Megan also served in the Nevada Air National Guard, starting in 2001 as an Equal Opportunity Director and later as a Medical Service Corps Officer and Personnel Officer.

Megan Sharp completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Iowa State University from 2001 to 2006. Megan then went on to pursue an Associate's Degree in Applied Science with a specialization in Restaurant, Hotel, and Fitness Management at the Community College of the Air Force from 2006 to 2007. Megan later obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Nevada, Reno from 2010 to 2012. Megan also holds a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, obtained in 2021. Megan is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the University of Arizona, which is expected to be completed from 2023 to 2026.
