Massimo Bendazzoli is a highly experienced Motorsport Product Technical Manager at Ferrari, with a career that began in May 2002. Responsible for the technical development of the Ferrari Challenge 8-cylinder race car, Massimo has focused on performance, handling, quality, and reliability while also overseeing competitor analysis and product maintenance costs. In addition to managing technical regulations and on-track activities during the Ferrari Challenge Championships, Massimo has held various roles including Aftersales Product Responsible, Head of Aftersales Support Team, and Technical Trainer, where contributions included developing online diagnostic tools and training programs for dealerships. Prior experience includes serving as the Head of After Sales Department at Comac Spa and Program Manager at Performance Motor Cycles. Massimo holds a Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova, earned between 1987 and 1994.
