Jay Hammond is an experienced professional in the facilities management and landscaping industries, currently serving as a Territory Manager at Ferrandino & Son, Inc. since January 2019. Previously, Jay held the position of Supervisor, Exterior Service at USM from December 2016 to December 2018, where responsibilities included managing a team to ensure high-quality service for exterior facilities. Jay's background also includes serving as an Account Manager for The Arrimour Group from June 2015 to November 2016, focusing on customer satisfaction and resource management within the Landscape Management Division. From May 2005 to June 2015, Jay was the owner of SJ & Sons Landscaping, overseeing daily operations and sales growth. Jay holds a degree from Cabrini University, attended from 1996 to 2000.
