Sarah Pope currently holds the position of Head of Programs at Ferra Group since October 2021, leading a team focused on customer programs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and effective stakeholder engagement. Previously, Sarah served as Senior Manager - Aerostructures at RUAG Australia from April 2013 to October 2021, overseeing the manufacturing business and managing various program management activities including business development and supply chain management. Sarah's earlier experience includes roles at Goodrich, where responsibilities encompassed project and supply chain management for the Joint Strike Fighter program, as well as quality engineering and auditing tasks. Sarah holds a Graduate Certificate in Business (Project Management) from Swinburne University of Technology and a Bachelor of Aviation Management from UNSW.
