Lisa Cooper has over 27 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry. Currently serving as Lounge Manager at Air New Zealand since March 2011, Lisa has held various titles within the company, including Lounge Leader, Team Manager, Team Manager Support, and Customer Service Agent. Prior to joining Air New Zealand, Lisa spent over 13 years at HRG, where roles included Operations Manager, Account Manager, and Senior Corporate Travel Consultant.
