Autumn Yarbrough-Vaueli is a Human Resources Generalist at Fernco, Inc., since January 2021, overseeing a comprehensive range of HR functions such as recruitment, training, and employee relations. Prior experience includes a decade in the US Navy, where roles included Leadership Enrichment Training Coordinator, Training & Qualification Supervisor, Security Program Administrator, and Human Resources Generalist, managing training programs and personnel evaluations. Autumn also served as a Process Support Supervisor and Cyber Security Analyst. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity Management and Policy and an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies, both from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
