Joe McCrone currently serves as Manager of Strategic Initiatives at Ferguson Electric, a position held since July 2022. Prior to this, Joe was a Partner at FORTIUS from January 2018 to July 2022, where the focus was on enhancing organizational health and executing change initiatives for improved performance. Joe's earlier experience includes various roles at Ingram Micro, Inc., culminating in Vice President positions overseeing VAR and GovEd Sales and Enterprise Solution Providers. Joe's career also encompassed a role in Business Development at eXalt Solutions from 2012 to 2017. Joe holds degrees from Daemen University and the University at Buffalo.
