Richard Lebos is an experienced attorney currently serving at Ferguson Braswell Fraser Kubasta PC since February 2017. Prior to this role, Richard held various legal positions, including attorney at Owens, Clary & Aiken, L.L.P. from August 2005 to January 2017, and roles at Highpointe and NEXTEL, where responsibilities included preparing and negotiating leases for telecommunications sites. Richard's legal career began after earning a Doctor of Law (JD) from Creighton University School of Law, following an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, Richard has a background in business consulting, having worked at Price Waterhouse Coopers, and finance as a Senior Accountant at Amwest Savings Association during the S&L bailout era.
