Mathijs Detering currently works as a Drager at Ferentes B.V. since January 2022. Prior experience includes two years as a certified IYT sailing instructor at the Sint-Maarten Yacht Club from January 2018 to September 2020. Mathijs is pursuing a bachelor's degree in international land and water management at Wageningen University & Research, expected to complete in July 2025. Mathijs completed VWO, specializing in Natuur en techniek, at Milton Peters College from September 2018 to July 2020, and at Da Vinci College from September 2014 to July 2018.
