Michael Lotman has extensive work experience in operations management. Michael is currently the Director of Operations at Arsenal Capital Partners. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operational Officer at FENZI Official. Michael also held the position of Vice President of Operations at IGM Resins. Furthermore, Lotman has worked at Bostik as an Executive Director and a Director of Operations. Michael has also worked at Cook Composites and Polymers, where they held various roles including Director of Operations and Plant Manager. Lotman began their career as a Shift Supervisor at Sigma Aldrich. Throughout their career, Lotman has demonstrated leadership and expertise in driving operational excellence and achieving business objectives.

Michael Lotman has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Marquette University, completed in 2002.
