Johanna Kozul has extensive experience in the marketing and sponsorship field. Johanna worked at Veikkaus Oy for 16 years, where they held various roles including Head of Marketing Cooperation, Sponsorship and Head of Sponsorship and Beneficiary Relations. During their time at Veikkaus Oy, Kozul was responsible for developing marketing strategies, measuring impact and ROI/ROO, and managing PR and beneficiary relations. Johanna also specialized in esports. Kozul was a Member of the Board at Sponsorointi & Tapahtumamarkkinointi ry, an association for the Finnish Sponsorship & Event Marketing industry, and was part of the jury in the European Sponsorship Association. Prior to their work at Veikkaus Oy, Kozul was a Project Assistant at WIGE MEDIA AG, where they focused on planning, budgeting, and customer relations for events and incentives across Europe. Currently, Kozul is the Head of MarCom and Brand at Fennica Gaming.
Johanna Kozul holds a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from The Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (IDM), obtained from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Sport Management and Administration from the University of Jyväskylä, where they studied from 1997 to 2004. Additionally, they completed an exchange program at Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln from 1999 to 2000, focusing on Sport Economics and Marketing.
