Katariina Roitto is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Fennia since August 2022. Previously, Katariina held the position of HR Manager at Suomen Ekonomit from April 2017 to August 2022 and worked at Deloitte Finland in various HR roles, including HR Manager, HR Business Partner, and HR Advisor, from September 2005 to March 2017. Earlier experience includes the role of HRD Assistant at TeliaSonera from 2004 to 2005. Katariina holds a Master's degree in Marketing from the University of Turku, obtained between 2012 and 2016, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Organization from Helia, completed from 2001 to 2005.
