Eeva Lipasti currently serves as the Head of Compliance at Fennia, a position held since January 2021. Prior to this, Eeva held the role of Head of Corporate Governance at OP Financial Group from June 2008 to December 2020. Eeva's extensive experience includes various leadership and legal roles within OP Pohjola Group, where responsibilities included compliance, legal counsel, and risk management from 2004 to 2008. Eeva also served as a board member and vice-chair of Suomen Lakimiesliitto from 2001 to 2006. Earlier legal experience includes positions as Legal Counsel at OP-Pohjola Group, Notary at Kymin tuomiokunta, and other roles in legal practice. Eeva holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Helsinki and an Executive MBA from the University of Jyväskylä.
