Stacey Penn is the Founder, Owner, and CEO of SAY Group, a position held since January 2005. In addition to leading SAY Group, Stacey serves as a Corporate Recruiting Partner for both Fenner Precision and Fenner Drives since January 2014. Previous roles include Corporate Recruiting Partner at RegEd from March 2019 to January 2020, and at JENSEN HUGHES from February 2017 to January 2018. Additional experience includes serving as US Recruiting Manager at Dawn Food Products from 2008 to 2013, and as Corporate US Sales Recruiter for Armstrong World Industries from 2000 to 2005. Stacey's career began as a Recruiter at Contemporary Staffing Solutions from 1997 to 2000. Stacey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Meredith College, earned between 1991 and 1995.
