Amy Helm is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as the General Manager of Learning and Capability at Fenner Conveyors since February 2022, Amy previously held pivotal roles at Orontide Group Limited from September 2009 to February 2022, including HR & HSEQ Manager and Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities encompassed developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, and advising senior management on employee relations. Prior experience includes human resources roles at Minara Resources and Fremantle Ports, as well as a Human Resources Officer position at the Department of Culture and the Arts. Amy holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and Management from Curtin University.
