Gus Lucchese has worked in the food industry since 2007. Gus began their career at De Costi Seafoods as the Supply and Distribution Manager. In 2013, they joined Hungry Jack's® Pty Ltd and held the roles of National Procurement Manager, Logistics Manager, and Category Manager. Since 2022, they have been the National Supply Chain Manager at Fenn Foods.

Gus Lucchese has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul - UFRGS.
