Daniel Panizza has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Beginning in 2007, they worked as a Bill Collector at Creditors Interchange, where they honed their negotiation and sales skills. In 2010, they moved on to Niagara Credit Solutions, where they further developed their assertive sales methodologies. At Ascension Services in 2012, Daniel showcased their advanced negotiation techniques as a Bill Collector, resolving delinquent debts.

From 2012 to 2014, Daniel worked at FedEx Freight, initially as a Forklift Operator, then as a Dedicated Zone Loader, and finally as a Trainer, where they facilitated comprehensive training programs for forklift operators.

In 2014, Daniel joined Arnold Transportation Services as a Recruiter, managing and operating a candidate database and executing strategic job advertisement campaigns. Daniel then worked at Oasis Recruiting LLC as a Managing Member and Recruiter, where they demonstrated adaptability and resilience in commission-driven recruitment landscapes.

From 2019 to 2020, Daniel worked as a Corporate Recruiter at Brink’s Inc, specializing in filling critical operational positions and successfully recruiting and onboarding 400 individuals.

In 2020, Daniel held the position of Contract Recruiter at Aerotek, where they implemented projects aimed at revitalizing recruitment processes and optimizing operational capacities.

Daniel then joined Solera, Inc. in 2020 as a Recruiter II, later being promoted to Recruiter III and IV. Daniel'sachievements at Solera include providing strategic guidance, optimizing recruitment processes, and leading training programs for Talent Acquisition team members.

Currently, Daniel is the Manager of National Talent Acquisition at Fenix Parts, where they drive organizational growth by providing mentorship and support to the recruitment team. Daniel establishes comprehensive recruitment tracking systems, sets clear goals aligned with business objectives, and monitors performance and efficiency metrics.

Daniel Panizza obtained an Associate's degree from ITT Technical Institute, from the year 2009 to 2011. Daniel also holds a certification in Lean Six Sigma White Belt, which they obtained from the Management and Strategy Institute in April 2022.
