Manolo Novales Jimenez is currently the Director de Operaciones (COO) / Socio Fundador at FENIKS, where Manolo oversees the complete management of the production cycle with a team of 75 individuals from various departments. Prior to this role, Manolo held the position of Director de fabrica at Albatros where Manolo was responsible for the manufacturing plant of vehicles and metal elements. With a background in Industrial Engineering from the University of Seville, Manolo's expertise also extends to product management and research and development as Manolo previously served as the Director T¨¦cnico and Jefe de producto de veh¨ªculos/Responsable de I+D+i at Albatros.
