Wali brings over eight years of experience in real estate sales, accounting, finance, risk and is responsible to co-manage/lead active joint-venture and development projects within Fengate’s real estate investment portfolio.

Prior to joining Fengate, Wali managed a $4.3B real estate portfolio with Scotiabank, underwriting real estate deals across all asset classes. Prior to that, Wali worked with PSR Brokerage, a new development/resale real estate brokerage, where he was responsible to oversee all finance and accounting functions. Wali’s passion for real estate began when he was going door to door as a real estate agent.

Wali holds a BBA (Marketing) and MBA (Finance) from Wilfrid Laurier University. Wali also has Passed CFA Level 1.
