Maxine Ross has built a substantial career in the finance and administrative sectors, gaining extensive experience since starting in 1982 as a Court Administrator at Westminster County Court. A progression to Litigation Manager at Barclays followed, overseeing senior litigation clerks from 1986 to 1994. In 1994, Maxine took on the role of Service Manager at CMS UK Ltd, managing a team of Helpdesk administrators for a decade. Transitioning to a more financial-focused role, Maxine served as Administration Manager at The Mortgage Monkey Limited from 2004 to 2014, where responsibilities included managing mortgage and life applications. Subsequently, Maxine worked as Client Services Manager at Rosemount Financial Solutions from 2014 to 2017, supporting financial advisors and ensuring compliance with regulations. Currently, Maxine holds the position of Savings Associate at Castle Trust Bank, focusing on the AML process and onboarding queries since October 2017.
