Emma Cusack

QA Lead at Fenergo

Emma Cusack has a diverse work experience background. Emma began their career as a Leader/Mentor at St Mary's Secondary School in September 2008.

In 2012, Emma volunteered as a Tutor at Age Action Ireland, where they provided one-on-one computer tutoring to elderly individuals.

Emma then pursued a degree in Applied Psychology at IADT: Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology from September 2009 to May 2013. During their time there, they presented their thesis findings on the effects of digital text and haptics on reading performance at the 35th Annual Congress of Psychology Students in Ireland in April 2013.

Following their studies, Emma joined SkillPages in September 2013 as a Product Team Intern. Their responsibilities included coordinating with various departments, such as UX, design, marketing, QA, and business intelligence. Emma worked on user testing, UX/UI design tasks, and presenting findings to their team and the company.

In 2014, Emma joined SQS Group as a QA Lead, where they stayed until December 2017. Emma then moved to Fenergo in January 2018, initially as a Senior QA and eventually transitioning to the role of QA Lead in April 2019.
