Lydia O'Donnell has diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Lydia is currently serving as the Co-Founder of Femmi since July 2020. Prior to this, Lydia worked at Nike for several years, starting in 2012. Their roles at Nike included Nike Head Run Coach and Running Co-ordinator. Before joining Nike, they worked as a Retail Assistant at Nike Britomart from December 2012 to November 2013. Additionally, they served as a Store Manager at Environmental Control Products LTD from January 2009 to June 2013.

Lydia O'Donnell attended Tauranga Girls College from 2003 to 2007, where they completed NCEA Level 1, 2, and 3. Lydia then went on to The University of Auckland from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Geological and Earth Sciences/Geosciences.
